Glider Inspection
A comprehensive
inspection of your paraglider; visual inspection of upper and lower
surfaces, inter cell ribs, seams, lines, line tabs, links, maillons and
risers. Every element is thoroughly inspected for wear, degradation and
damage. Sail cloth porosity and tear strength measured. Tensile line
strength testing if necessary. Line lengths measured (dyneema lined gliders
only). You will be contacted if your glider requires repairs, line
stretching or multiple line replacements. Full written report supplied,
just like an M.O.T. for your glider!

Glider
Repairs
We can repair any part
of a damaged paraglider. Small tears and holes can be repaired with self-adhesive
ripstop tape. Larger tears or those near a stress point will typically be
repaired with a sewn patch. At your request we can replace damaged panel
sections or full panel replacements thus providing a completely invisible
repair. We have even repaired
gliders torn completely in half! Charged by the hour plus materials.

Reserve
inspection and repack
Reserve
inspection and repack including full system check and fitting to harness
Aerofix is a B.H.P.A.
recognised repacking centre. Reserves are aired, visually inspected, and
measured before being repacked to manufacturers specifications. You will be
contacted if your reserve or harness requires modifications for correct
deployment. Personal callers can hang their harness in our workshop and
test deploy.
